Ingredients
For the Casserole:

Instructions
1. Cook the Beef Mixture
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, Rotel tomatoes, and salsa. Let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Assemble the Casserole
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of the dish. Layer half of the beef mixture over the chips, followed by half of the shredded cheeses. Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese on top.
3. Bake to Perfection
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
