Ingredients

For the Lasagna Layers

โœ” 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
โœ” 1/2 lb crab meat (lump or imitation)
โœ” 2 cups ricotta cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the White Sauce

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Slowly pour in milk and heavy cream, whisking until smooth.
