Decadent Mocha Brownies with Coffee Frosting

Ingredients

For the Brownies:

For the Coffee Frosting:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and espresso powder, mixing until smooth.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold gently until combined.
